There is no better way to having great vape experiences other than with a compelling array of vape juice flavors waiting to dazzle your taste buds. Most especially, if you are delving into DIYing vape juice, then there is all the more reason to have a long list of e-liquid flavor options so you know which would be ideal for you. Although you may not find it an easy choice especially for beginners because there are a lot of e-liquid flavors out there. Another reason knowing your ideal e-liquid flavor may be a little bit challenging is because no two vapers may fancy the same flavors.
So, if you are going to be brewing up e-liquid for yourself, then you should know a few things so you do not end up wasting money on e-liquid flavors that you ultimately might find as a waste.
During your vape journey, you should have come across some vaping terms especially when selecting e-liquid flavors. Most especially, if you have already begun the artistic hobby of creating your own unique vape juices, then you should understand many of the vaping terms. E-liquid is generally made with only a few ingredients. Any other additions may be as a result of preference. E-liquid is made up of two base elements: Propylene Glycol (PG) and Vegetable Glycerine (VG), a mixture of flavoring (either natural or artificial, or both), and nicotine (this ingredient is optional).
The Propylene Glycol (PG) in the e-liquid is responsible for the level of throat hit the e-liquid will deliver. Vegetable Glycerin (VG) is responsible for producing thick vape clouds and adding a little more sweetness to the overall taste of the e-liquid. E-liquids come with varying ratios of PG to VG. Nicotine is not a necessity in vape juice, and as a result, you will even find that manufacturers make e-liquids in varying nicotine strengths, scaling down to 0MG.
The final and most important ingredient in your e-liquid is the flavoring. In actual sense, it is majorly the flavor profile that many vapers are after. Vape flavors range from traditional tobacco to dessert flavors, to sweet and sugary fruit flavors. The best part is that you can mix up a few flavors to create an outstanding vape juice, especially if you will be making your own e-liquid yourself.
Types of E-liquid Flavors
There is no definite number of e-liquid flavors available in the vape market. Although, they can all be categorized into four so you can easily sort through to find your ideal e-liquid.
Tobacco E-liquids: This category consists of e-liquids that are specially made with ex-smokers in mind. Almost every e-liquid manufacturer has a tobacco flavor in their e-liquid line. Just as its name implies, these flavours are more tobacco than any other flavor.
Single Flavored E-liquids: This category has grown in popularity over the years because it offers e-liquids with just a single flavor. This allows vapers mix up flavors and enjoy their vape without necessarily having to delve deep into the DIY art.
High VG E-liquids: This category of e-liquids is specially made for the sub-ohm vaping community. These could be single flavored or mixed, or even a tobacco flavor but its Vegetable Glycerine (VG) content is higher than regular e-liquids.
Multiple Flavored E-liquids: This category features a good number of e-liquids on the market. The e-liquids under this category contain multiple flavors, from a mixture of 2 flavors and upward. However, while there is already a variety of flavors you can choose from, it’s still possible to not find your ideal vape juice which is why DIY is always a good idea.
